Types of Retreats

  • Sacramental Preparation

Loaves and Fishes

This half-day retreat helps children as they prepare to receive their First Eucharist.  Activities, stories and crafts based upon the story of the Loaves and Fishes introduce Jesus as the Living Bread.
Half-day retreats: 9 - 11:30 A.M. or 12 - 2:30 P.M.

The Sheep Come Home

As children prepare to receive the amazing Sacrament of Reconciliation, this half-day retreat helps them to sense God's true, never-ending love for them.   Games, crafts, activities and prayers focus upon the Parable of the Lost Sheep and God's forgiveness in always welcoming his "lost sheep."
Half-day retreats: 9 - 11:30 A.M. or 12 - 2:30 P.M.

Celebrate the Spirit Within

This retreat allows Confirmation candidates the opportunity to reflect upon the meaning of the Sacrament of Confirmation in their lives as well as their new role as adult members of the Body of Christ. Through prayer and activities, the candidates will explore the Sacrament of Confirmation, the role of the Holy Spirit in their lives, and the gifts that they bring to the Church.

  • Create Your Own

Have an idea or particular need you would like to incorporate into a retreat?  Our retreat team will work with you to create a custom retreat for your youth group, class or organization.

  • Graduation

Our graduation retreat offers 8th grade graduates a day to reflect upon their life journey, thus far, and begin to prepare, with God's help, for the journey ahead of them.   Students have a chance to share memories, offer advice to one another, and often heal wounds between classmates prior to moving onto the high school world.

  • Leadership

On this one-day retreat, teens will explore the foundations of Christian leadership, reflect upon their own leadership qualities and and exercise their leadership skills through games, activities and role-plays.

  • Community Building

This one-day retreat gives teens the opportunity to build relationships among classmates and learn about the importance of community through interactive small and large group activities, role-plays and prayer experiences.

  • High School

Our retreat team will work with your campus minister and youth from your school to design a retreat tailored to your needs and the experiences desired. Some ideas for retreat themes include self-esteem, community building and personal relationships.
