Attention group leaders
- This is a public event and youth must be with a chaperone at all times.
- All chaperones must stay with their youth for the entire day.
- The ratio of adult chaperones to youth should be no less than one adult for every seven youth.
- Teens may not attend without a group and a chaperone.
- Group leaders are responsible for securing permission to attend from their parish and for bringing individual permission and/or health history forms for their students.
- Each diocese and parish has different requirements for permission forms and for those who are chaperones of youth.
- For information on securing permission, please contact your parish or diocesan director.
- The Shrine staff is not responsible for chaperoning students.

Saturday (9/27) is for 6th, 7th & 8th grade students. High school students should attend on Sunday (9/28)
Cost
- $25 per person onsite
Price includes speakers, bands, dinner and liturgy.
- If your registration is postmarked by September 10, 2008, or hand delivered to the Shrine by September 10, 2008 then your cost is only $15 person.

Others
As missionaries, one of our goals is to encourage young people to help others. During our Youth Day Celebration our collection at Mass will go to support young people served by Oblate Missions around the world.

must register as a group. Individual registrations will
not be accepted. All youth groups must be accompanied by a
responsible adult, who is expected to remain with the youth
throughout the day. (Suggested chaperone ratio is 1 adult: 7
youth with one adult assigned to participate in the day with a specific small group of young people)
